Delivery Service
Tekneat Limited endeavours to despatch within one to two working days, with expected delivery being within 3-4 working days for UK mainland and 6-9 working days for overseas destinations from the receipt of your order. However, 28 days should be allowed for delivery.
Back Orders Service
In the event that all or part of your order is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will contact you via email with the option to cancel your order or invitation to re-select if you would prefer not to wait.
All delivery dates quoted are estimated and as such Tekneat Limited shall not be liable for any delay or failure to meet these dates.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are clearly stated during the order process. Occasionally, due to the package size the shipping cost stated my not cover the cost of shipping. We will contact you via email with the revised shipping options available to you or of cancelling your order.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders that have been correctly despatched to the shipping address as supplied by the customer, and which are subsequently returned to Tekneat Limited as undeliverable, whether by courier or postal service, are subject to a maximum refund of the value of the products ordered only, (not including shipping costs). Furthermore, the customer is also liable to pay any applicable return postage costs, as well as make further payment for re-shipment should this be required.

Tax Charges
Tekneat Limited is registered in Great Britain for VAT. Registration Number 736 9330 15. All prices quoted within this website are otherwise INCLUSIVE of VAT unless clearly stated.
Orders shipped to non-EU destinations do not have to pay VAT. The VAT will be deducted for these transactions. Prices do not include any customs duty and excise or any other local taxes for goods shipped outside the EU. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay these duties and taxes.
Guarantee
All products are supplied with the manufacturers guarantee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation
If you are a UK customer, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt. You may do this by taking or sending by post, fax or e-mail a WRITTEN notice of cancellation to:

Returns information and documentation is included with all goods dispatched. Please complete in full this documentation as any order returned without with incomplete documentation will be refused. You have until the expiry of SEVEN WORKING DAYS (i.e. excluding Saturday, Sunday, bank holidays and public holidays), starting with the day after the products are delivered, to exercise this right. If you exercise your right to cancel, any money you have paid for your order will be refunded not including your expense of returning the products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must also take good care of the products until you return them and ship the product to us. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition. All returns must be well packaged to protect items from damage in transit. Any damage that occurs in transit to Tekneat Limited will be deemed to be the responsibility of the customer and any costs arising from this will be for the customers account. All returns should be sent using an insured postal service. We do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery.
Any stock order placed that has been correctly supplied by Tekneat Limited and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, subject to a restocking fee of 15%. In this instance, the cost of return carriage must be paid by the customer.
Stock orders can be cancelled prior to despatch without penalty. Non-stock or Pre-orders cannot be cancelled.
Inspection/Return procedures
Customer shall inspect the products within 30 days of receipt, such period being confirmed by Customer to be a reasonable period to examine the products for defects or shortfalls, and notify Tekneat Limited promptly of any non-conformance. Failure to notify Tekneat Limited. within that 30-day period will constitute acceptance of the products for all purposes. No product may be returned for any reason without the prior approval of Tekneat Limited. Customer is responsible for returning products to Tekneat Limited at the Customer's risk and expense. Prior to returning product(s) to Tekneat Limited. the Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorisation ("RMA") number from Tekneat Limited. by e-mailing info@die-cast-models.co.uk or calling +44 (0)1329 281386. Tekneat Limited shall not be responsible for failure of the delivery service to make on-time delivery. Customer must ship the product(s) to Tekneat Limited in the original packaging, prepaid and insured, with the RMA entered onto the returns documentation.

Any product(s) returned to Tekneat Limited shall become the property Tekneat Limited. If Tekneat Limited determines that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship within the terms of the manufacturers warranty, Tekneat Limited reserves the right to charge for the goods. We will advise the Customer prior to assessing these charges.
